IIP status secured
Staff at Alexander Young are celebrating the company receiving Investors in People accreditation.
Established in 1990, the Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of a company’s people.
Lorraine Birch, Alexander Young Director, said: “We are delighted that our dedication to staff development has been recognised by such a prestigious awarding body.
“We take a real interest in our employees and hope this accreditation will benefit them as well as Alexander Young and our customers.”
Alexander Young also expects to receive the ISO9001-2000 award, an internationally recognised Government seal of approval, in March 2006.
